Subject: Praying for semester drop on medical ground without tuition fee adjustment/refund.

Respected Sir,

I, Samiha Liaquat, ID 2624473042, am a student in the Department of Electrical & Computer


Engineering (ECE), pursuing a [Link]. in Computer Science and Engineering (BSCSE).

I am writing to inform you that I have recently been suffering from severe health complications,
including dengue fever, acute joint pain, and ongoing severe back pain. Initially, I hoped to
endure the illness and continue my studies, but due to my deteriorating health, I failed
miserably to maintain my academic performance. Consequently, I missed the official deadline
for the semester drop, and I sincerely seek your forgiveness for this delay.

In order to recover my health and protect my CGPA, I earnestly request permission to drop the
Summer 2026 semester on medical grounds. Please note that I am not seeking any monetary
refund or fee adjustment for this drop; my sole request is to be officially allowed to drop this
term.

I have attached my relevant medical documents for your kind consideration and verification.

I sincerely hope you will consider my physical condition sympathetically and grant me
permission for the late semester drop.
