Screening Questions

1. As a RECE, I loved the experience of playing a key role in the initial education and development
of children. I always loved interacting with children, which was the main reason to pursue early
childhood education. I have worked in Ontario and British Columbia. I have worked at Willowbrae
Academy as a team lead in Toddlers' classrooms. I have worked with children of all age groups
infants, toddlers, and preschool. I have worked in PLASP for a brief time during college and am
currently working in YMCA YWCA of Guelph.
2. I am currently in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators, and my
registration number is 190151.
3. I have worked with children of all ages, but I have the most experience with infants and toddlers.
4. I have always enjoyed working and being in a company of children. As a RECE I love playing an
important role in fundamental growth years of children. I enjoy working with children as it helps
me live my childhood again. I try to help them learn important things before going to school, and
I see my responsibility as an Early Childhood educator to help them in starting their development
and learning. I have gone through the information page of the organization and was really excited
to know the incredible collaborative techniques for improving nurturing and learning of students
with the help of parents and teachers. I am really happy to know about the inclusive environment
at the organization.
5. I always try to have a creative approach to build relationships with children, staff, and families.
For children I try to understand their interests and dislikes and try to do different activities to
enhance interaction and build a deep connection. I try to understand the concern of parents for
their children and try to help in alleviating their concerns and letting them know about the positive
developments of children. I like having a connection with my colleagues as it can help us in
making a great team and achieving our daily goals and making a long connection.
6. I am currently living in Guelph and can commute to Fergus Daily as it takes me only 30 minutes.
If things go well, I will try to relocate to Fergus.
7. I do have valid First aid level C, up to date immunization record and a PVSC done in May,2026.
8. I am available for an interview and classroom observation next week.
