Meal Plan
Breakfast: Eggs, oats or bread, yogurt/cheese, fruit

Weekly Gym Recommendation


Gym 4 days per week (Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday). Light walking on two days and one
full rest day.

Sleep Goal

to 9:00 PM when possible.
