What is Math?
When we think of math, it is a course that is composed of numbers, calculations, and
formulas. From my own point of view, math is universal since it helps society in many ways. In
the article in Scientific American, it is stated that society gradually solved problems in the world
in order for us to survive and make our lives easier with the use of mathematics. Electricity,
light, heat, chemistry, and many more are examples of things that were discovered with the use
of math. The universe also consists of math since everything and everywhere is mathematical. It
also revolves around the world since things like money, statistics, data, etc. help society
function and keep it running. Overall, I believe that everything consists of math, and that math
will help it continue to function in the future.
