Narration (speaker) : The Kaldag Dance Ph is one of the prominent Dance school in Batangas. The aspiring
dancers and stars were enrolled here. Oh and this is Bella, one of the student of Coach Jorell.
After the narration, Krizbelle steps out to introduce the topic.

fitness. (explanation of the topic to be introduced, max 2 min)
(Rashley came late and missed the warm up so she starts looking tired)
Jorell: "Rashley, you okay? You look a bit worn out."
Rashley: "Yeah, sir. I feel kind of tired."
Jorell: "Did you warm up before class?"
Rashley: "No, sir. I came in late."
Jorell: "Ah, that’s the effect of skipping warm-ups. It’s fatigue. (explanation and introduction of warm-up and
dynamics, max 2 min) But wait, here’s Loryn to tell different types of warm-up.
(Loryn Mae enters energetically.)
Loryn Mae: (explanation of different warm-ups and effects of warm up)But hey, after exercising, we also need to
cool down. Right, Jamila?"
(Jamila enters while stretching.)
Jamila: "Exactly! Cooling down helps our body recover. (explanation of cool down, stretching, and types of

(Jersey enters, doing flexibility stretches.)
Jersey: "Flexibility keeps us moving with ease. (explanation of flexibility, max 2 min) And to improve it, we also

(Rashley comes back, looking refreshed.)
Rashley: "Yup! Fundamental movement skills are really important. (explanation of fundamental movement skills
and assessment of physical activities, max 2 min) And to understand them better, we also look at anatomical
movements. Triciajane, can you explain?"
(Triciajane enters with diagrams.)
Triciajane: "Sure! Anatomical movements help us know how our body moves. (explanation of health and fitness
anatomical movements, max 2 min) Bea, can you give some examples?"
(Bea enters and demonstrates.)
Bea: "Here you go! These are basic movements in anatomical positions. (explanation of movements in anatomical

Narration (speaker): Rashley came late again as usual…

Oh no, I missed it again today.
Jersey: Rash, you’re late again so you will surely feel fatigue after our dance session. I think, we’ll gonna do it
again.
(Rashley will scratch her head and act a bit embarrassed)
Jamila: Let’s go coach! Ohhh… wait, they’re watching us?! (Jam will face our classmates and will ask them to
join the warm up and stretching, with excitement)
Yana: Come on guys, join us! Stand up everyone, we’ll gonna do some stretch!
