Rajashree Profile

I am an inquisitive, determined, and self enthusiastic person . I belong to a normal upper


middle class family with a great passion for personal growth . I hold an MBA and MPhil in
management , and I am currently pursuing a phd at Ramakrishna college .

I started my career as a Business Development Executive at a Coimbatore based IT


company ,where I worked for 1.5 years after completing my MBA . In this role, I closely
worked with UK and European companies, especially with Fortune 500 companies in the
world and brought in lot of projects and got best achiever awards for consistent performance
round the year. Seeking career growth, I shifted to another us based company , where I
worked as a lead research analyst in an US based company for nearly 2 yrs before taking a
break for my wedding.

After that, I finished my MPhil and joined as an admin in our family owned private
school and at present working as a director of education in the same school . Out of passion I
started my own business (Meat Zone ) in 2021 which is an online platform that delivers meat
door step to the people all over Coimbatore and am also associated with our parent company
called Vasantham trader , where we supply live birds to more than 50 retail shops in
Coimbatore .

I always had passion towards coaching ,out of own interest I did psychology
certification under dr saranya Jaykumar ( leading educational psychologist in India ) which in
turn motivated me to deliver speeches among school and college students .my passion doesn’t
end there and at present am also pursuing certification course to became a life coach and also
planning for few business ventures set to launch in the upcoming year .
