Essay Writing Competition (12th August)
Guidelines :
1. Reporting Time:
Participants must reach by 2:45 PM.
Attendance will begin at 3:00 PM. Spot registrations allowed.
2. Writing Duration:
Each participant will be given 1 hour to write their essay .
3. Restrictions:
No electronic gadgets (mobiles, tablets, etc.) will be allowed during the competition.
4. Topic Disclosure:
The essay topic will be announced 15 mins prior to the competition.
5. Language:
The medium of writing will be English.
6. Judging Criteria:
Participants will be judged based on:
● Content & Relevance
● Creativity & Originality
● Innovative Writing
● Grammar
7. Sheets will be provided. Participants must bring their pens. Participants will be provided
with specific codes to write on the sheet. No names or any personal details will be written on
the sheets.
8. Everyone must carry your ID cards (mandatorily).
9. Venue will be intimated to you later.
Poster Making Competition (13th August)
Guidelines :
1. Materials to Bring:
Participants must bring their own colours and stationery (like sketch pens, crayons, paints,
brushes, etc.)
A1 size chart sheets, pencil, and eraser will be provided.
2. Reporting Time:
Participants must arrive by 2:45 PM.
Attendance will be taken sharply at 3:00 PM, and the competition will begin immediately
after. Spot registrations allowed.
3. Time Limit:
Participants will get 2 hours 30 minutes to complete their posters.
4. Restrictions:
No electronic gadgets (mobiles, tablets, etc.) will be allowed during the competition.
5. Judging Criteria:
Participants will be evaluated on:
● Creativity
● Slogan
● Clarity
● Unique Presentation
6. Theme:
Posters should focus on the theme:

Logo Designing Competition
(using Canva) (14th August)
Guidelines:
1. Materials to Bring:
Participants must bring their own laptop and wi-fi.
Sheets will be provided in case of any rough needs.
2. Reporting Time:
Participants must arrive by 2:45 PM.
Attendance will be taken sharply at 3:00 PM, and the competition will begin immediately
after. Spot registrations allowed.

Participants will get 1 hour 30 mins to complete their logo.
