We are looking for a motivated and organized IT Project Manager to join our team at
Turbhe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing
timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, coordinate, and monitor IT projects from initiation through completion.
● Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
● Understand business requirements and translate them into clear project plans and
actionable tasks.
● Coordinate activities between Development, QA, Infrastructure, Support, and other
cross-functional teams.
● Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress.
● Identify project risks, issues, and blockers and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
● Prepare and share project status reports and regular updates with management and
stakeholders.
● Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
● Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and timelines.
● Follow appropriate project management methodologies such as Agile/Scrum or
Waterfall.
● Assist with resource planning, task allocation, and project tracking.
● Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure timely completion of
assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
● Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
● Good understanding of software project execution and coordination.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
● Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, or similar project management tools is preferred.
● Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an added advantage.
