‫‪ .5‬ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻹﺑﻼﻍ ﻋﻦ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﺪﺍﻥ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺧﻤﺴﺔ ﻋﺸﺮ ﻳﻮﻣﺎً ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺍﻟﻔﻘﺪ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻳﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻏﺮﺍﻣﺔ ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻣﻘﺪﺍﺭﻫﺎ )ﻣﺎﺋﺔ ﺭﻳﺎﻝ(‬
‫ﺑﺎﻹﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﺍﻟﻰ ﻏﺮﺍﻣﺔ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺑﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻬﻮﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻴﺔ‪.‬‬
