he wanted to plant was

more than three quarters of the number of maize seeds sacks planted.

Task.
a) Write down mathematical inequalities to represent the conditions.

b) Show clearly the feasible region on the Cartesian plane.

c) If each sack of maize costs UGX. 40000 and that of g-nuts costs UGX.
80000, help your father

determine the number of sacks of each type of seeds that will minimize his
expenditure.

SECTION B

Part I

Item three

In each game played by all the teams in FIFA world cup 2026, afair coin is
tossed three times one after

another by a player in order to determine who starts the game. A player who

being of the same colour will win the game. However, if the marbles picked
are of different colours, the

team is knocked out of the game and rejected.

Task.

Help the players to determine the probability of;

a) being the first team to start the game

b) Winning the game.

c) getting knocked out of the game.

Item four.

Atour and travel agency wanted to find out whether to organize atour in the
cities of Dubai , Cairo and

finding it hard

to come up with sketch he will follow to arrange all the faces for the box to
fold and close and the height

of the box.

For each box , Mugisha is paid UGX. 950 and he was to make 500 boxes. He
has a plan of using all the

money he will be paid to buy a cow that he will sell after 2 years because he

know if he will achieve his
