“IF YOU WANT TO WORCK AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY, YOU SHOULD


LEARN ENGLISH”

Today, it is common for people to look for better job opportunities in other countries.
However, do you know what that really means? In Ecuador, many of us grow up thinking that
if we study hard and find a stable job, we will have a successful life, and things like that.
However, the reality is different. In Ecuador, and in many other South American countries, it
can be difficult to find good opportunities for professional growth. Sometimes, you have to
accept the jobs that are available, even if they are not the ones you really want.

I believe that English is one of the most important skills if you want to develop your career.
When you learn this language, you have the opportunity to meet people from different
countries, understand technical documents related to your job, participate in meetings in
English, travel around the world, share your ideas, help other people, and do many other
things like that.

I know that learning English can be difficult at the beginning, but what is the worst that can
happen? Nothing. You just need to keep trying and continue improving every day. Believe
me when I say that it is possible. For example, my older sister, Paola, studied English in
Ecuador. After a few years, her company offered her the opportunity to move to the United
States. She accepted the offer, and now she works and lives there with her husband. She
has built a good life because learning English opened new doors for her.

For these reasons, I strongly believe that anyone who wants to work for an international
company should learn English. It is not only a language but also a tool that can change your
future and give you opportunities that you might never imagine.
