Objective

The objective of this assignment is to familiarize students with the major tools and features of Microsoft
Word while creating a professionally formatted document. Students should demonstrate their understanding
of document formatting, layout, typography, tables, graphics, and page design.

Page 1 – Professional Resume

Create a one-page resume containing:

 Name and contact details


 Professional photograph
 Career objective (50–60 words)
 Educational qualifications
 Skills

 Hobbies/Interests
 Achievements

Page 2 – Design Portfolio Summary

Create a one-page profile titled: "Why I Chose Design"

Include:

 Introduction (100–150 words)


 Three design interests (e.g., Interior Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design,
UI/UX)
 One inspirational designer (50 words)
 Personal design goals
 A quotation related to design -You can place the quote in a text box or use WordArt to make it
