The researchers would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who
supported them throughout this research journey. First, sincere thanks go to the research
advisor, Sir Jose S. Sabaulan, MBT, MSIT, AFBE, for his invaluable guidance, patience,
and encouragement. His expertise has been instrumental in shaping this study.
Appreciation is extended to Ma’am Agnes C. Ambrosio, DPA, the dean, for her
support and leadership, which provided the foundation for the researchers to pursue their
academic goals with confidence and determination. Her commitment to fostering a
nurturing and inspiring learning environment has empowered the researchers to strive for
success and overcome challenges throughout this journey.
The researchers also thank the University of La Salette, Inc., especially the faculty
and administration, for providing the resources and support needed. They are grateful to
the 280 students from the BSBA, BSTM, and BSHM programs who participated in the
survey; their insights and honest feedback were vital to this research.
