9 REPORTER 1: Typhoon Nando, considered the most powerful typhoon of 2025 that hit the

10 Philippines. Typhoon Nando is said to be the most powerful typhoon that hit

11 the Philippines becuase of its records a devastating wind speed reaching

12 upto 270 km/h causing massive landslide, Flooding, and 11 deaths here in

13 the Philippines country and while 18 deaths recorded in Taiwan. It first

14 formed on November 1, 2025 and it rapidly got closer to the Philippines Area

15 of Responsibility (PAR) it was first a tropical depression and later on turned

16 into category 5 typhoon. When the typhoon landed at the Philippines it

2 voluntarily surrendered. President Marcos Administration has been

3 facingfaces the growing public pressure as people the public demands

4 accountability and await the government’s move against corruption. He

5 President Marcos issued arrest warrants for resigned AKO Bicol party-list

6 representative Zaldy Co and 17 others. According to President Marcos Jr. he

7 also encouraged anyone with information about the suspects to come

13 REPORTER 2: Comelec Chairperson George Garcia said the order was issued last November 21,

14 giving the lawmaker over a week to file his reply through the Political Finance

15 and Affairs Department. "The SOCE filed should be, everything should be laid

16 out. What is the reason why it was not included and given to the candidate"

17 Garcia said. Futhermore Garcia explained that the lawmaker was given 10 days

18 to respond, adding that the commision is "lenient when it comes to extensions"

19 as part of a due process. Meanwhile, Garcia also noted that the Comelec is set to

20 issue a resolution this work on the case of Senator Francis Escudero regarding a

21 contribution by a government contractor to his campaign in the May 2022 polls.
