The line graph shows the delivery trends of parcels by Federal Express and TNT Mail Services from 1920 to 2000, highlighting a significant increase in TNT's deliveries after 1985. Initially, FedEx delivered three times more parcels than TNT, but TNT's growth led to it surpassing FedEx in deliveries. By 2000, TNT peaked at nearly 25000 parcels while FedEx's deliveries remained around 18000.

The line graph illustrates the changes in the quantity of parcels delivered by

Federal Express and TNT Mail Services between 1920 and 2000.

It is clear that there was a significant change in the figure for parcels
delivered by TNT, while this figure by FedEx fluctuated moderately
throughout the period shown. The year 1985 marks the point at which the
number of parcels delivered by TNT overtook that of FedEx.

In the first year of the period, TNT Mail Services delivered almost 5000
parcels, while Federal Express delivered 15000, nearly three times as many
as TNT. Over the next 2 years, the quantity of parcels that were delivered by
FedEx, rose to roughly 25000 parcels, compared to only 7500 parcels by TNT.

This was followed by another increase, when the quantity of parcels

delivered by TNT was more than 10000 parcels in 1960. By contrast, this
figure by FedEx had remarkably declined. The number of parcels delivered by
TNT fell slightly and reached a peak at nearly 25000 parcels in 2000, while
the quantity of parcels delivered by FedEx increased minimally and remained
at approximately 18000 parcels.
