The current trend in modern workplaces highlights the significance of inclusion. Despite this,
individuals with disabilities have numerous obstacles to overcome. The problems are not
confined to task execution but extend to areas such as communication, self-confidence, and
socialization. There is an absence of systematic frameworks that can assist these employees
efficiently without being too costly.

"Work Link Buddy" represents an easy-to-implemented, community-oriented initiative that

incorporates mentorship programs and training tools.

Employees with disabilities often face the following issues:

• Difficulty understanding workplace instructions.

• Lack of confidence in interacting with coworkers.
• Limited access to accessible training materials.
• Social isolation in workplace environments.
• Lack of structured mentorship programs.
At the same time, employers face challenges such as:

• Lack of low-cost, inclusive training systems.
