I chose this topic because technology is now an important part of modern education.

In this essay, I will explain that technology has a mostly positive influence on education when it
is used responsibly.

Technology Improves Access to Information

Students can access educational materials online from anywhere.

Digital libraries and research databases provide valuable academic resources.

Technology allows learners to find information more quickly than traditional methods.

Scholarly Support

“Peer review improves the quality of scientific publications by helping identify errors, improve
clarity, and strengthen research findings” (Kelly et al., 2014, p. 228).

Technology supports education by giving students access to peer-reviewed academic research.

Online databases help students find reliable scholarly articles.

Peer-reviewed research is generally more trustworthy than random Internet sources.

This improves the quality of students’ learning and academic work.
