Subject: Request for Transfer/ Attach on Humanitarian Ground

Respected Sir,

I, Mrs. Poonam Gupta, am working as PGT (Hindi) in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. During the Annual
Transfer Process 2024–25, I was transferred from PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Keshavpuram, RO Delhi to
PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Bulandshahr, RO Agra.

I most respectfully submit this representation for your kind consideration seeking of my transfer on
humanitarian grounds in view of the following circumstances:

1. My daughter is studying in Class XII (Board Examination) in Delhi. Being a crucial academic year,
she requires my regular guidance, supervision, and emotional support.

2. My husband, Shri Anil Kumar Gupta, PGT (Economics), is serving in Kendriya Vidyalaya
Sangathan at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Shalimar Bagh, Delhi. Being a KVS spouse case, our
separation due to posting at distant stations has caused severe hardship to our family.

3. The distance between my residence at Shastri Nagar, Delhi, and my present place of posting at
Bulandshahr is more than 100 km. Daily commuting is extremely difficult and adversely affects my
health and efficiency.

4. My mother-in-law, aged above 74 years, has undergone heart surgery and is presently under
regular medical treatment at Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital (Delhi Government). She requires
continuous care and assistance from family members.

5. I am also suffering from severe calf muscle pain and cervical spondylosis, due to which frequent
travel between Bulandshahr and Delhi has become physically exhausting and has caused
considerable mental stress.

In view of the above circumstances, I humbly request you to kindly modify my transfer and consider my
posting at any of the following Kendriya Vidyalayas, subject to availability of vacancy and administrative
convenience:

1. PM SHRI KV Ghaziabad (Code: 546)


2. PM SHRI KV Nahara (Code: 192)
3. PM SHRI KV Noida (Code: 581)
4. PM SHRI KV Gurugram (Code: 547)
5. PM SHRI KV Muradnagar (Code: 242)

I assure you that I shall continue to discharge my duties with utmost sincerity, dedication, and commitment.
A posting nearer to Delhi would enable me to fulfil my family responsibilities, take proper care of my health,
and continue contributing effectively to the organization.

I have also submitted representations regarding this matter to the concerned authorities earlier. I,
therefore, once again request your kind and sympathetic consideration of my case and pray that my
transfer may kindly be modified on humanitarian grounds.

I shall remain highly grateful for your kind consideration.
