The importance of self-defense skills in the life of students

Absstract

Huflit University conducts extensive research on the influence of self-defense skills on students,

emphasising their value beyond physical safety. It emphasises the rising need for practical

assistance in teaching safe behavioural self-management techniques to university students, as

well as the necessity of cross-gender learning for HUFLIT students and identifying gaps in

related literature. The purpose of this article is to investigate the multifarious value of self-

defense abilities, not just from a physical security standpoint, but also in terms of the broader

implications for mental and emotional health, as well as the extent to which designs change

across women. It investigates HUFLIT students' perceptions and judgements in interactions

during the self-defense learning process, so contributing to the development of ideas about

language and action. In addition, the summary discusses a variety of research approaches,

including a systematic literature review and a mix of qualitative and quantitative data collecting

methods such as surveys, interviews, and critical analysis. close. The primary study issues

addressed include the requirement and value of self-defense abilities for students, with a focus on

the need for early self-defense instruction and its special relevance to female students. The

abstract includes a thorough description of the paper's aims, study framework, and ability to

provide useful insights into the empowerment and development of young people.
