Role Overview
We’re looking for a Remote Java Developer to join our backend engineering team. You’ll play a
key role in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while collaborating with
cross-functional teams across geographies.

Key Responsibilities
●​ Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot,
and related technologies.​

●​ Build and consume RESTful APIs and contribute to microservice architecture.​

●​ Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices.​

●​ Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless product delivery.​

●​ Work with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or


MongoDB.​

●​ Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.​

●​ Ensure code quality, scalability, and security across systems.​

Required Skills & Experience


●​ Strong command over Java (Core + Advanced), Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA.​

●​ Experience developing REST APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats.​

●​ Sound understanding of OOPs, data structures, and algorithms.​

●​ Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative tools.​

●​ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.​

●​ Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS/GCP) or Docker is a plus.​

Good to Have
●​ Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).​

●​ Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit or Mockito.​

●​ Prior work experience with distributed teams or US-based clients.​

Compensation
INR 12-18 LPA (Exceptions possible for outstanding candidates)
