Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer with strong experience in Backend
Development, GenAI, and Full Stack Engineering to build scalable AI-powered applications and
intelligent automation platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in
Python, APIs, cloud-native architectures, and modern AI/LLM frameworks.

You will work on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions including
LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, automation systems, and AI-integrated web
platforms.

Responsibilities:

●​ Design and develop scalable backend systems using Python frameworks such as FastAPI,
Flask, or Django.
●​ Build and integrate GenAI/LLM-based applications using frameworks like LangChain,
LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
●​ Develop REST APIs, microservices, and AI orchestration pipelines.
●​ Create end-to-end AI solutions including:
○​ Prompt engineering
○​ RAG pipelines
○​ Vector database integrations
○​ Multi-agent workflows
○​ AI copilots/chatbots
●​ Work on frontend integration using [Link], [Link], HTML/CSS, or JavaScript
frameworks.
●​ Develop scalable data pipelines and AI model integration workflows.
●​ Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
●​ Collaborate with Product, Data Science, DevOps, and Engineering teams for AI product
delivery.
 ●​ Optimize AI application performance, scalability, security, and observability.
●​ Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and production support.

Core Technical Skills

●​ Strong programming expertise in Python

●​ Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django
●​ Strong understanding of REST APIs & Microservices
●​ Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
●​ Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes

GenAI / AI Skills

●​ Hands-on experience with:

●​ OpenAI APIs
●​ LangChain / LlamaIndex
●​ RAG Architecture
●​ Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate)
●​ Prompt Engineering
●​ AI Agents / Agentic Workflows
●​ LLM evaluation & monitoring
●​ Exposure to NLP / ML concepts preferred

Full Stack Skills

●​ Frontend experience with Angular / [Link] / [Link] / JavaScript

●​ Understanding of UI integration with AI applications
●​ Experience building dashboards or AI web platforms

Cloud & DevOps

●​ Azure / AWS experience

●​ Containerization using Docker
●​ CI/CD and deployment automation
●​ Monitoring & logging tools exposure

Preferred Qualifications:

●​ Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

●​ Hands-on work experience with: Python, Django/Flask, AWS, Azure, Docker,
●​ Microservices.
●​ Good knowledge of caching technologies like Redis and queues like Kafka, SQS, MQ
●​ etc.
 ●​ TensorFlow / PyTorch exposure
●​ Knowledge of GraphRAG or Knowledge Graphs
●​ Experience with AI copilots and enterprise AI automation
●​ Familiarity with MCP, AI orchestration, or autonomous agents
●​ Experience in scalable SaaS product development
