Job Description - Process Engineers/ Production In charge

 Key responsibility

1. Process optimization :- Analyze and optimize production processes


to improve efficiency, reduce wastage and enhance product quality

2. Process Design :- Design and implement new processes and


equipment to support product development and manufacturing
requirements

3. Troubleshooting : - Identify and resolve process related issues,


including equipment malfunctions, quality defects and productions,
bottlenecks

[Link] improvement: – Collaborate with the quality team to develop


and implement quality control processes, ensuring compliance with
regulatory requirements and industry standards

5. Cost Reduction : -Identify opportunities to reduce cost through


process improvements, material optimization and waste management

6. Capital Projects : - Manage Capital projects, including equipment


installation, process upgrades and facility expansions

7. Training and Development :- Provide training to production staff on


new processes, equipment and procedures

8. Safety and compliance : - Ensure compliance with safety


regulations, industry standards and company policy

9. Manpower planning :- Develop and implement effective manpower


planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels, skill mix and
trainings to meet production demands.

 Requirements

Qualification : – Btech/ BE Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience : – Minimum 6 years of total experience and 3 – 4 years of


experience in manufacturing industry

Preferred Industry :- Food processing, Pharma, Packaging and


Beverages
