"Thank you for the question. I would like to summarize my career journey, which is built on a
clear path of progression: Mechanical Design → Site Supervision & Inspection → Sales
Engineering & On-site Expert Support:
1. Design Foundation & Product Mindset (Bosch Group)
I started my career as a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern at Bosch.
Task & Action: I contributed to improving initial designs for pumps, couplings, bell
housings, and motors. I created 3D models and 2D drawings using Creo software and
supported Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
Key Takeaway: This role helped me build a solid foundation in international design
standards, formal engineering workflows, and professional communication in English.
2. Site Supervision & Safety Management (PCCC 2-9 Company)
Moving forward, I worked as a Project Supervisor for the Sunrise Riverside housing project.
Task & Action: I was responsible for editing shop drawings (fire sprinkler and
suppression systems), managing site manpower, inspecting incoming materials, and
strictly enforcing occupational health and safety (HSE) protocols.
Key Takeaway: I developed strong project execution skills, learned to coordinate
between contractors and clients, and honed my ability to solve technical issues on-site.
3. Specialized Quality Inspection (Aitech Company)
To deepen my technical evaluation capabilities, I worked as an NDT Inspector.
Task & Action: I performed Non-Destructive Testing (PT, MT, ECT) to evaluate welds and
equipment integrity, calibrated inspection tools, and prepared technical reports.
Key Takeaway: This experience gave me a deep understanding of material standards,
defect evaluation, and quality assurance during fabrication.
4. Technical Support for International Experts & Bidding (Tri Viet Trading Engineering)
Most recently, as a Sales Engineer, I combined commercial and deep technical execution.
Besides evaluating tender documents and coordinating with overseas suppliers, I worked as an
On-site Technical Support Engineer alongside international OEM experts from Hyundai,
Toshiba, and Kepco KPS:
Key Projects:
o Mong Duong 1 Thermal Power Plant: Assisted Toshiba experts in overhauling,
disassembling, repairing, and aligning turbine-generator systems.
o Song Hau 1 Thermal Power Plant: Supported Hyundai experts in guiding the
maintenance, repair, and commissioning of boiler feed water pumps and booster
pumps.
Action: I acted as the key technical bridge between experts, site crews, and plant
personnel while ensuring full compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) and HSE standards.
Summary: Combining my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from HCMUT with
hands-on experience across Design, Inspection, and Plant Maintenance Support, I have gained
extensive knowledge of industrial equipment (especially pumps and turbines), fluent English
skills, and strong practical problem-solving abilities on-site. I am confident that these skills will
allow me to deliver immediate value to your team
