Reading: A Small Communication Problem | Lectura
Nadia is preparing a presentation for a client. She needs sales figures from Tom, but the spreadsheet is not
complete. Nadia sends Tom a message: “Could you update the figures before 2 p.m., please?” Tom replies,
“I’m working on it, but I’m not sure I understand the final column.” Nadia calls him and explains the information
