Subject: Representation seeking immediate legal action, protection for my mother, enforcement
of maintenance order, and investigation into continuous harassment

Respected Sir/Madam,
I, [Link] Shree daughter of Mr. P.A. Thankai Vel l and Mrs.T. Chitra Devi respectfully
submitted this representation seeking your immediate intervention and protection for my mother,
my sister, and myself.

My parents were legally married on 17 June 2007. We belong to a joint family engaged in
ancestral businesses, including bus operations, theatres, textiles, and other family businesses
established by our forefathers.

In 2021, my mother discovered that my father was involved in a relationship with another
woman. Since then, our family has been facing severe emotional, mental, social, and financial
hardship. The said woman has repeatedly contacted my mother through phone calls and
messages, allegedly abusing, threatening, humiliating, and pressuring her to seek a divorce. Her
continuous conduct has caused immense mental agony to my mother, and we are genuinely
concerned about her safety and well-being. My mother has been under tremendous emotional
stress and has been struggling to live peacefully.

The said woman has also repeatedly claimed that her son alone is the legal heir to my father's
family and that all the ancestral properties and family businesses will belong only to him. She
has further stated that my sister and I have no rights over the family property. These statements
have caused immense fear and distress to our family. We request the authorities to investigate
these claims and protect our lawful rights in accordance with the law.

The said woman, accompanied by her mother and brother, came in front of our house and
deliberately instigated a confrontation, using highly offensive and vulgar language to verbally
abuse me, my sister, and my mother.
Even before these incidents, my mother was subjected to discrimination and humiliation by my
father's family on the basis of her caste, social status, and because she did not bring dowry or
property from her parental home. Instead of supporting us, my father's family continuously
insulted and isolated my mother. During this difficult period, we have received no support from
them.

Due to these circumstances, my mother, my sister, and I were forced to leave our home and
relocate to Chennai about one year ago. Even after shifting, my father does not stay with us
regularly. He visits us only occasionally and spends most of his time elsewhere. He does not
provide financial support for our daily expenses, education, school fees, college fees, medical
expenses, or household needs.

The competent court has already passed an order directing my father to pay maintenance.
However, despite the court's order, he has not paid even a single rupee towards maintenance or
our educational and living expenses. My mother alone has been bearing the entire responsibility
of raising and educating both of us under extremely difficult circumstances.

My father does not have any independent source of income apart from managing my
grandfather's ancestral businesses. Therefore, we respectfully request that the maintenance
ordered by the court be paid regularly from the income earned by him. If he wishes to spend
money on anyone else, he should do so only from his own independent earnings and not by
neglecting his legal responsibilities towards his lawful wife and children.

We also have reason to believe that an Aadhaar card has been obtained for the other woman's
child using our residential address. We request the authorities to verify whether any official
documents have been obtained using our address without lawful authority and take appropriate
action if any irregularities are found.

Over the past several years, we have approached numerous authorities seeking justice, including:
- Arani All Women Police Station
- Katpadi Police Station, Vellore
- Tiruvannamalai Collector Office
- Arani Superintendent of Police Office
- Vellore DIG Office
- Krishnagiri All Women Police Station
- Krishnagiri Collector Office
Despite submitting complaints and evidence before the above authorities, our grievances remain
unresolved, and the harassment continues.

In support of this representation, I am enclosing copies of the following documents:

1. Copies of CSR acknowledgements issued by the concerned police stations.
2. Copies of previous complaints submitted before various authorities.
3. Copy of the maintenance order passed by the competent court.
4. Screenshots of messages showing the harassment faced by my mother.
5. Call history and other supporting evidence.
6. Identity documents and other relevant records.
7. Any additional documents required for investigation.

In these circumstances, I most respectfully request the Government and the concerned authorities
to:

1. Provide immediate protection to my mother and ensure her safety.

2. Conduct a fair and impartial investigation into the continuous harassment and intimidation
faced by my mother.
3. Take appropriate legal action against any person found responsible for mental harassment or
any other offence under the law.
4. Ensure strict enforcement of the court's maintenance order and recover all unpaid maintenance
arrears.
5. Verify the legality of any official documents allegedly obtained using our residential address
without lawful authority.
6. Protect our lawful rights with respect to the ancestral family property and prevent any
unlawful transfer or misuse of family assets.
7. Ensure that justice is provided to my mother, my sister, and me in accordance with the
Constitution and the laws of India.

I respectfully state that my mother, my sister, and I have been living under continuous mental
stress, fear, and harassment due to the circumstances explained above. If any harm, threat,
intimidation, or untoward incident happens to any one of us, I request the authorities to
immediately investigate the role of Mr. P.A. Thanikai Vel, Ms. Pavitra, her family members, and
Mr. Thanikai Vel's family, as we believe they have been continuously harassing and intimidating
us. We request that appropriate legal action be taken against any person found responsible in
accordance with law.

My mother has sacrificed her entire life to raise and educate us despite continuous emotional,
financial, and social hardship. We humbly request your immediate intervention so that we may
live with dignity, security, and peace.
I sincerely hope that this representation will receive your urgent attention and that necessary
action will be taken at the earliest.
