Roleplay Rules
5.1 RP1 – Deathmatch
Dealing damage to or killing another PLAYER's
character without an RP reason.
Punishment: 20 minutes in Jail.
5.2 RP2 – DeathMatch Auto
Dealing damage to or destroying another PLAYER's vehicle without an RP
reason.
Punishment: 20 minutes in Jail.
5.3 RP3 – NRP Power
Clearly exceeding the physical capabilities of a character.
Punishment: 10 minutes in Jail.
**5.4 RP4 **– Creating NRP Situations
Violating the RP logic of a character's actions and creating situations that
are impossible in real life and only accessible due to game conventions.
Punishment: 15 minutes in Jail.
5.5 RP5 – Metagaming
Using information from the real world that the in-game character could
not possibly possess.
Punishment: Mute of voice and text chat for 30 minutes, or up to 60
minutes in Jail.
5.6 RP6 – RP rejection
Any means of deviating from the RP process to gain a personal
advantage, including, but not limited to entering a Green Zone during an
armed pursuit to avoid taking damage.
Punishment: 30 to 60 minutes in Jail.
5.7 RP7 – RP disbalance
Unequal roleplay in one's own favor using the /do, /me, or /try commands.
Punishment: 20 minutes in Jail.
5.8 RP8 – AFK
Lack of game activity from the PLAYER for more than 5 minutes.
Punishment: Disconnection from the server.
5.9 RP9 – DriveBy
Intentionally dealing damage to or killing another PLAYER with any
vehicle.
Punishment: 60 minutes in Jail.
5.9.1 RP9.1 – Mass DriveBy
Intentionally dealing damage to or killing 5 or more PLAYERS with a
vehicle.
Punishment: 12-hour ACCOUNT ban.
5.10 RP10 – Repeat Kill
Repeatedly killing a PLAYER or pursuing them after they have respawned.
This also includes the PLAYER returning to their place of death within 15
minutes or before the end of the RP situation in which their character
died. (This does not apply to cases where a PLAYER was killed in a NRP
situation.)
**Punishment: **90 minutes in Jail.
**5.11 RP11 **– Violations in Green Zones
Engaging in criminal activity in Green Zones or near its’ borders (including
but not limited to: Hospital, Vehicle Market); waiting for players to exit a
Green Zone with the intent to kill them; engaging in criminal activity,
including shootouts, in job zones.
Punishment: 30 to 60 minutes in Jail.
5.12 RP12 – NRP Kidnapping
Any kidnapping attempt in which the number of kidnapped characters
exceeds 50% of the total number of kidnappers is considered unrealistic.
Kidnapping attempts involving more than 5 characters at the same time
are also considered unrealistic.
Punishment: 30 minutes in Jail.
5.13 RP13 – NRP Faction Actions
Violating RP conduct within a faction, including the unwarranted release
of players from jail.
Punishment: Dismissal from the faction and/or from 30 minutes in Jail
up to a 3-day ACCOUNT ban.
5.14 RP14 – Sexual Harassment
Any form of sexual action, including simulation and explicit dialogue or
actions; the use of ethnic and/or LGBTQIA+ slurs; stalking other PLAYERS
or excessive verbal detail in descriptions with sexual undertones.
All sexual actions between PLAYERS must be performed with the prior
consent of all participating individuals.
Even with prior consent, such roleplay actions must not take place in
public areas or areas frequently visited by other PLAYERS (including, but
not limited to: jail, hospital, job zones, parking lots, etc.).
Punishment: 60-minute mute of voice and text chat, or an ACCOUNT ban
ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
5.15 RP15 – Provocation of Faction Members
Intentionally provoking members of any faction for entertainment or with
the intent to disrupt the faction's operations.
Punishment: 30 minutes in Jail.
**5.16 RP16 **– Criminal Acts Against Emergency Personnel
Any criminal acts committed against emergency medical personnel.
Punishment: From 90 minutes in Jail to a 12-hour ACCOUNT ban.
6. Chat and Communication Rules
6.1 CHAT1 – Insulting a PLAYER
Any insult directed at another PLAYER without a valid RP reason.
Punishment: 24-hour ACCOUNT ban.
**6.2 CHAT2 **– Insulting a PLAYER's Relatives
Insulting and/or mentioning the relatives of other PLAYERS in a negative
context, including in a veiled manner.
Punishment: From 240 minutes of mute to account ban for 3 days.
**6.3 CHAT3 **– Insults Based on Religion, Politics, Race, Nationality,
Gender or Sex
Insulting and/or mentioning the nationality, race, religion, gender, or sex
of other PLAYERS in a negative context, including in a veiled manner. This
also includes insults and negative statements regarding any sensitive
social and/or political topics that may lead to conflict between players.
**Punishment: **240-minute mute of voice and text chat, or a 3-day
ACCOUNT ban.
6.4 CHAT4 – Insulting the ADMINISTRATION
Insults and obscene language directed at any representative of the
ADMINISTRATION, including in a veiled manner.
Punishment: 240-minute mute of voice and text chat, or a 7-day
ACCOUNT ban.
**6.5 CHAT5 **– Spam and Flood
Spamming and/or flooding in any chat, including duplicating similar
messages with macros, repetitive or meaningless messages from
different players, etc.
Punishment: 5 to 10-minute mute of voice and text chat.
6.6 CHAT6 – Abuse of Report/Help system
Sending multiple reports or help requests about the same issue, flooding
the report system, or using feedback channels in an abusive way,
including repeating requests after administrative guidance.
Punishment: Mute of voice and text chat from 10 to 30 minutes.
6.7 CHAT7 – Unauthorized Advertising
Any form of unauthorized advertising of third-party resources whose
content is thematically related to the ONESTATE project.
**Punishment: **10-day ACCOUNT ban.
6.8 CHAT8 – Music in Voice Chat
Cluttering the voice channel with music or other extraneous sounds.
**Punishment: **60-minute mute of voice and text chat.
6.9 CHAT9 – Impersonating ADMINISTRATION or COMPANY Personnel
Attempting to impersonate a representative of the ADMINISTRATION or
an employee of the COMPANY for any personal gain, to create a toxic
atmosphere, to mislead PLAYERS, to spread misinformation, or to
defame the honor and dignity of ADMINISTRATION representatives and
COMPANY employees.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS.
6.10 CHAT10 – Deceiving PLAYERS
Deceiving PLAYERS of the ONESTATE project in any form or
manifestation.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS.
6.11 CHAT11 – Deceiving the ADMINISTRATION
Deceiving any representative of the ADMINISTRATION in any form or
manifestation.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS.
6.12 CHAT12 – Defamation
Unconstructive criticism of the project and/or the COMPANY.
Slander in an attempt to undermine the project's reputation.
Punishment: Ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS for up to 30 days.
7. Severe Violations
7.1 ABUSE1 – Game Mode Abuse
Using any bugs, vulnerabilities, or unaccounted-for features of the game
mode to gain an advantage over other PLAYERS and/or to disrupt the
gameplay process. Including, but not limited to: shooting through walls,
leaving during RP scenes, or using Get Out of Jail cards on punishments
from the ADMINISTRATION.
Punishment: From 1 to 30 days account ban.
7.2 ABUSE2 – AFK Abuse
Using any bugs, vulnerabilities, unaccounted-for features of the game
mode, and/or third-party programs (clickers, macros) to prevent
disconnection from the server due to PLAYER inactivity.
Punishment: 3-day ACCOUNT ban.
7.3 ABUSE3 – Systematic Rule Violation
Repeated violation of server rules (more than 5 violations).
Punishment: ACCOUNT ban for 3 to 30 days (depending on the severity,
type, and number of repeat violations).
**7.3.1 ABUSE3.1 **– Malicious Rule Violation
Repeated and systematic rule violations without signs of remorse and/or
behavioral correction. Upon multiple punishments under rule ABUSE3, the
COMMUNITY MANAGER, as the highest authority of the
ADMINISTRATION, has the right to permanently ban the PLAYER from the
game.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS.
7.4 ABUSE4 – Interruption of Large-scale RP
Breaking the RP process of large-scale activities or attempting to
obstruct activities involving many players. This includes intentionally
preventing players from participating in events/activities, killing players at
checkpoints, or interfering during the waiting period before the activity
begins.
Punishment: ACCOUNT ban for 24 hours.
7.5 ABUSE5 – Gameplay or RP Obstruction
Any actions aimed at obstructing the gameplay process, including, but
not limited to: blocking job markers, buildings’ entrances/exits, etc.
Punishment: 10 to 60 minutes in Jail.
7.6 ALERT1 – Ban Bypass/Evasion
Any attempts to bypass punishments for violations.
Punishment: Ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS for 14 days to permanent
(depending on the severity of the violations).
7.7 ALERT2 – Damage to ONESTATE Project Servers
Any action or inaction aimed at causing significant harm to the in-game
currency economy, the stability of the servers, or the ONESTATE project
as a whole.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS.
7.8 ALERT3 – Using Third-Party Software (Cheats)
Attempting to modify ONESTATE project files or using programs to alter
the data/values of the ONESTATE project to gain an advantage over other
PLAYERS or to cause damage to the ONESTATE project and its PLAYERS.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS.
7.9 ALERT4 – Damage to In-Server Economy
Transferring in-game currency or items between players on the server in
any form that exceeds the established server limits.
Punishment: The transferred amount will be confiscated from the player
in full without reimbursement.
If the required amount is unavailable from the violator or if the damage to
the server economy is determined by the TEAM to be significant, the
violating PLAYER may receive an ACCOUNT ban ranging from 30 days to
permanent.
7.10 ALERT5 – Defamation on External Platforms
Active attempts to undermine the reputation of the ONESTATE project or
any of its PLAYERS, ADMINISTRATORS, or COMPANY employees on
external platforms and channels, including official ONESTATE Discord
servers and other projects.
Punishment: Permanent ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS.
7.11 ALERT6 – Promotion of Third-Party Projects
It is forbidden to promote, advertise, and/or mention other games,
products, projects, or external services in the game unless authorized by
the community's COMMUNITY MANAGER.
Punishment: Ban of all affiliated ACCOUNTS for 14 days to permanent
7.12 ALERT7 – Lead Administration Decision
The LEAD ADMINISTRATOR and COMMUNITY MANAGER have the right
to issue punishments for violations not specified in this list.
8. Media Creators Harassment
8.1 MEDIA1 – Stalking
Stream sniping or stalking a media personality during a live broadcast in
a specific manner, interfering with the filming process during active
recording or live broadcasting, including disrupting the filming process
and/or creating obstacles to it.
**Punishment: **ACCOUNT ban for 1 to 24 hours.
9. Gang Rules
9.1 CLAN1 – Gangs’ Names, Descriptions, and Ranks
The name and description of the gang, as well as the names of ranks
within the gang, must not violate any rules of the ONESTATE project, nor
contain insults or words forbidden on streaming platforms, including
Twitch.
Punishment: Forced change of the gang's name or description.
9.2 CLAN2 – Blocking Ganghouse Entry/Exit Markers
Creating obstacles to the use of the ganghouse entry/exit markers in any
way.
Punishment: 30 minutes in Jail.
9.2.1 CLAN2.1 – Blocking Ganghouse Entry/Exit Markers with Vehicles
Creating obstacles to the use of the ganghouse entry/exit markers with
vehicles, including blocking access to the markers with vehicles.
Punishment: 60 minutes in Jail.
9.2.2 CLAN2.2 – Killing at a Ganghouse Marker
Committing murder at the ganghouse entry/exit marker, or shooting from
the marker area.
Punishment: 40 minutes in Jail.
9.3 CLAN3 – Gang Chat Rules
Violating the general rules of the ONESTATE project in the gang chat, as
well as rules pertaining to the CHAT category.
Punishment: Mute of text and voice chat for the duration specified in the
violated rule.
9.4 CLAN4 – Teaming with Other Gangs during Activities
Teaming up with other gangs during large-scale and/or global activities.
Punishment: 30 minutes in Jail.
9.5 CLAN5 – Use of the Gang Tazer
Using the Gang Tazer more than twice on another PLAYER within a single
RP situation without an RP reason.
Punishment: 30 minutes in Jail.
9.5.1 CLAN5.1 – Use of the Gang Tazer on Faction Members
Using the Gang Tazer on a PLAYER from any faction, including for the
purpose of removing them from a service vehicle, without a valid RP
reason.
A valid RP reason here is considered to be a full roleplay scenario with
the participation and consent of the PLAYER who is a member of the
faction.
Punishment: 90 minutes in Jail.
9.5.2 CLAN5.2 – Use of the Gang Tazer on a PLAYER in a Service Vehicle
Using the Gang Tazer on any PLAYER in a service vehicle with the intent
to pull them out.
Punishment: 90 minutes in Jail.
9.6 CLAN6 – Gang Recruitment in Green Zones
Recruiting PLAYERS to join gangs in Green Zones.
Punishment: 60-minute mute of voice and text chat.
**9.7 CLAN10 **– Abuse and Dishonest Acquisition of Gang Currency
Using any critical abuses and/or bugs for the dishonest acquisition of
any gang currency.
Punishment: Confiscation of dishonestly acquired property or complete
deletion of the gang without a refund of the funds spent on its creation
and development.
