Administration:

i. Monitors, reviews, and manages infrastructure.

ii. Manages user requests.

iii. Manages and reviews log files.

iv. Generates regular operational reports.

Problem Management:

i. Isolates and troubleshoots incidents.

ii. Performs service incident coordination.

iii. Opens service requests on behalf of the Customer.
