Highlights the occurring disadvantages of widespread illicit drug usage among minors,

Observing the current laws being insufficient to punish crimes related to pedophiles,

Taking into consideration children's need for experience with decision-making,

Recognizing the harm that occurs in the aftermath of child labor,

Deeply concerned about the safety of children on the internet,

Believing that raising awareness of the rights of children will be increased,

Deeply disturbed about the increasing rate of sexual harassment which affects children in bad ways,

Fulfilling the needs and rights of children in warzones,

Fully Aware regarding inequalities and difficulties experienced by children in education,

1. Strongly urges the implementation of comprehensive awareness-raising programs in schools,

with monthly seminars and conferences organized by the Ministry of Education to educate
children on the harmful impact of drug abuse, featuring testimonies from individuals who
have experienced the malicious consequences of drug use, to emphasize the dangers of drug
abuse and promote a culture of prevention for a safe and healthy future for our children;

2. Invites LEGAL committee to rearrange laws targeting to punish crimes related to sexual
abuse against children and make them stricter to discourage criminals who have committed
crimes such as child rape or selling child pornography from doing the same thing again;

3. Encourages member states to provide the needs of disabled children by;

a. implementing the techniques that are used for disabled children by establishing
specialized schools and shadow teachers which are individuals who support children
with special needs in the inclusion system in the way that they need for their
development and prepare them for social life,
b. Raising public awareness by informing people about disabled children's specialties
and their rights by,
 i. educating non-disabled children about disabled children and how to interact
with them with teachers who are trained in the topic,
ii. broadcasting public service announcements about disabled children and their
rights on national television and radio channels of each member state, each
announcement being in the local languages and featuring individuals who are
from various minorities,

4. Urges to take action against child labor to decrease the negative effects of it on individuals
via;
a. encouraging private companies and governments to cooperate extensively in the
specific regions of the Balkans and the Far East,
b. raising awareness and educating the public by organizing conferences and using
social media with the ways of,
i. making agreements between governments and major media platforms to
publish beneficial materials such as advertisements, short-form content, etc.
about child labor and its effects on individuals,
ii. cooperating with influencers to raise further awareness of individuals,

5. Calls upon social media companies to keep children safe online by;
a. Implementing age restrictions by using ID verification that will scan the back and
front of the ID, and scan both the child’s and the parent’s face to verify
b. Strengthening cybersecurity by working with UNICC and LEGAL by,
i. content restriction according to the user's age,
ii. allowing the app to safely verify identity without risking exposure of the
user’s real identity, by using an anonymized value that will only detect their
age and their relation to their parent, and never store ID data,

6. Recommends all member states and governments to increase the efficiency and applicability
of children's rights by;
a. strengthening the laws of punishments for the people who are abusing and
committing crimes such as but not limited to sexual harassment, and physical abuse
against children by collaborating with the LEGAL committee,
b. publishing advertisements for organizations to raise awareness of children’s rights
worldwide by establishing festivals that contain fun activities, workshops, instructive
seminars, and conferences for children and parents to learn children's rights funded by
non-governmental organizations and UNICEF,

7. Further recommends to prevent the increasing rate of sexual harassment against children all
over the world, by;
a. educating children to inform them about how they can protect themselves from sexual
harassment by organizing seminars in public centers and giving lessons about the
issue in schools,
b. making regular international meetings under the roof of the United Nations’s LEGAL
Committee regarding topics such as regulating laws in children's rights,
c. Providing rehabilitation to victims who were exposed to sexual harassment through
services such as psychological counseling, medical assistance, and social services
offered by local rehabilitation services to support children’s healing process with
government psychologists,
 8. Supports including and improvement of children in the decision-making process, by;
a. giving leadership roles and authority in activities and organizations such as but not
limited to Model United Nations conferences, sports events, and tournaments
management decided by the sports ministry,
b. Promoting children to benefit from consultancy organizations to give children
authorization in organizations such as social events, and conference organizations to
ensure that children are being mentors and can share their ideas safely and without
being judged

9. Hopes to help children in war zones to keep them safe and minimize the negative effects, with
the recommended ways of;
a. Engaging with international organizations such as:
i. Funding and assisting organizations like UNICEF, Save The Children, and
UNESCO
ii. Donor governments that prioritize child protection and humanitarian
assistance like the United States Agency for International Development
(USAID), and the European Union's for European Civil Protection and
Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO) to seek grants from them.
b. Utilizing platforms and online fundraising campaigns such as:
i. Platforms like GoFundMe, and GlobalGiving allow organizations to create
campaigns that have a broader audience for funding,
ii. Initiatives like the Spotlight Initiative, which focuses on eliminating violence
against girls, and the Global Partnership to End Violence Against Children,
which supports efforts to prevent and respond to violence affecting children,
c. Helping children who are forced to flee from their countries, by providing,
i. A safe environment by collaborating with organizations like the EU, also
communities such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees
(UNHCR), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and the
International Organization for Migration (IOM),
ii. ID cards in order to identify them if they face danger or if they attempt to
commit a crime,

10. Decides to remain actively seized on the matter.
