CLASS 7 SCHOOL ASSEMBLY

Anchoring Script
Anchors: Shivika & Amitesh

━━━ OPENING — Welcome ━━━

SHIVIKA: Good morning, respected Principal Ma'am / Sir, honourable teachers, and my
dear friends!

AMITESH: A very warm welcome to all of you. I am Amitesh...

SHIVIKA: ...and I am Shivika. We are your anchors for today's assembly.

AMITESH: Today's assembly promises to be full of knowledge, creativity, and inspiration.

Let us begin with great enthusiasm!

[ Both anchors smile and face the audience ]

━━━ SEGMENT 1 — Thought of the Day ━━━

SHIVIKA: We begin today's assembly with the Thought of the Day — a small sentence
that carries a big message for all of us.

AMITESH: I now invite ________ from Class 7 to come forward and share today's thought
with us.

[ Student comes to the mic and presents the Thought of the Day ]

SHIVIKA: Thank you for those wonderful words. Let us carry that thought with us
throughout our day.

━━━ SEGMENT 2 — Hindi News (हिंदी समाचार) ━━━

AMITESH: Friends, staying informed is one of the most important habits we can develop.
Let us now listen to the news in Hindi.
SHIVIKA: आइए अब हम हिंदी समाचार सुनते हैं। मैं ________ को मंच पर
आमंत्रित करती हूँ।

[ Student reads Hindi news headlines ]

AMITESH: धन्यवाद! Thank you for keeping us updated with the latest news in Hindi.

━━━ SEGMENT 3 — English News ━━━

SHIVIKA: And now, let us tune in to the news in English — the language that connects the
world!

AMITESH: I now invite ________ to come forward and present today's English news.

[ Student reads English news headlines ]

SHIVIKA: Thank you for those news updates. Knowledge is power, and today you have
made us a little more powerful!

━━━ SEGMENT 4 — Dance Performance ━━━

AMITESH: Now, let us take a moment to enjoy the beauty of art and expression! Our next
segment is a dance performance that will fill our hearts with joy.

SHIVIKA: They say dance is the hidden language of the soul. Please put your hands
together and welcome our talented performers from Class 7!

[ Students perform the dance. Audience claps. ]

AMITESH: Wow! What a beautiful performance! Let us give them one more big round of
applause. You all are truly talented!

━━━ SEGMENT 5 — Informative Talk ━━━

SHIVIKA: A great mind once said — 'An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.'
And our next segment is a wonderful example of that.

AMITESH: We now have an informative talk that will add to our knowledge and broaden
our horizons. Please welcome ________ to share something truly interesting with us.

[ Student delivers the informative talk ]

SHIVIKA: That was truly insightful! Thank you so much for sharing that with us. We are
sure everyone learned something new today.

━━━ SEGMENT 6 — Anchor's Speech: Motivation ━━━

AMITESH: And now, before we move forward, we — your anchors — would like to share a
few words with you on a topic very close to our hearts.

SHIVIKA: Today, we want to talk to you about — MOTIVATION.

Friends,
Have you ever felt like giving up? Have you ever felt that no matter how hard you try,
you just cannot succeed? If yes — you are not alone. Every single person in this world,
from students to scientists, from athletes to astronauts, has felt that way at some point.

AMITESH: But here is what separates those who succeed from those who don't — they
kept going. They were MOTIVATED.

Thomas Edison failed more than 10,000 times before he invented the light bulb. When
asked about his failures, he said — 'I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that
won't work.'

SHIVIKA: That is the power of motivation. It does not mean you never fall. It means you
always get back up.

We are students of Class 7. We are young. We have so much life ahead of us. This is
the time to dream big, work hard, and believe in ourselves. Don't let a bad grade stop
you. Don't let one bad day make you forget all your good days.
AMITESH: Remember — a river does not stop flowing because of a few rocks. It finds a
way around them. And so should we.

Every morning when you wake up, tell yourself — 'I am capable. I am strong. I will give
my best today.' Because your attitude in the morning decides the story of your whole
day.

SHIVIKA: So let us all make a promise today — to stay motivated, to support each other,
and to never stop trying. Because success is not a destination, it is a journey — and every
step counts.

AMITESH: As Walt Disney once said — 'All our dreams can come true, if we have the
courage to pursue them.'

Thank you.

━━━ SEGMENT 7 — Invite Principal for Address ━━━

SHIVIKA: And now, we come to the most important and awaited moment of our assembly.

AMITESH: It is a great honour and a privilege for all of us to listen to the words of wisdom
from the person who guides our school every single day.

SHIVIKA: We warmly and respectfully invite our beloved Principal, ________ Ma'am / Sir,
to address us and bless us with his / her valuable words.

[ All students stand as a mark of respect ]

[ Principal walks to the podium. Anchors step to the side. ]

AMITESH: (After principal's address) — Thank you so much, Ma'am / Sir, for your
inspiring and motivating words. We are truly grateful.

━━━ CLOSING — End of Assembly ━━━

SHIVIKA: This brings us to the end of today's assembly. We hope you enjoyed every
segment and took something valuable with you.

AMITESH: Let us carry the thought of the day, the lessons from the informative talk, the
joy of the dance, and the spark of motivation — with us for the rest of the day.

SHIVIKA: On behalf of our entire class and all the participants, I — Shivika...

AMITESH: ...and I — Amitesh, thank you all for being such a wonderful audience.

Have a wonderful day ahead!
