ଊଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଆଡ଼ମିଶନ୍ ନେବା ପରେ Slide-up ବିକଳ୍ପ ମାଧ୍ୟମ ରେ ଊଚ୍ଚ ପସନ୍ଦ ଊଚ୍ଚ ମାଧ୍ୟମିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ
ଯିବାପାଇଁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରନ୍ତି , ତେବେ ତାଙ୍କୁ SAMS ପୋର୍ଟାଲ ([Link] ରେ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃ ତ login ଜରିଆରେ
ଅନଲାଇନ୍ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ “Slide-up Request” ଫର୍ମ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ । ଆବେଦନକାରୀଙ୍କ ପଞ୍ଜୀକୃ ତ ମୋବାଇଲ୍
ନମ୍ବରକୁ ପଠାଯାଇଥିବା OTP ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ହିଁ ଏହି ପ୍ରକ୍ରି ୟା ପ୍ରାମାଣିକରଣ ହେବ।
If an applicant desires to avail Slide-up option after taking admission in a lower
choice of preferred Higher Secondary School, then s/he have to submit the “Slide-up
Request” form through on-line in his/her registered login on SAMS Portal
([Link] The process will be authenticated through OTP sent to the
registered mobile number of the applicant.
