INTRO (Before Scene 1)

Princess: In a small but busy company, there's a team of hardworking employees... but
there's one problem: the management lacks communication.
Things used to be okay... There was teamwork, a bit of joking around...
But one day, everything changed when their manager implemented new rules.
No consultation, no questions asked.
And that's when the domino effects began, slowly destroying the team.

Manager James: Good morning, team! I hope everyone is ready for a more productive
workplace.
Starting today, may new rules tayo.
First: No phones during work hours.
Second: Exact 8:00 AM dapat present na tayo. No excuses.
Lastly: No breaks outside during scheduled time.
(Awkward silence. Everyone looks at each other).

Adrian (whispers to Kurt): Robot yarn?

Kurt: Hindi na to trabaho… survival game na

Angela (raises hand politely): Sir, good morning po. Baka pwede po sana kami
magbigay ng suggestions?
Kasi medyo biglaan po yung changes

Manager James: No need. These rules are final. I made this decision for the team. This
is for productivity. Trust me.
(Team exchanges looks—medyo off na atmosphere)

Louise (quietly to Jules): Trust daw… pero di naman tayo tinanong

Juvilyn: Auto-update without consent

Sidney (trying to stay positive): Guys, maybe okay lang ‘to. Baka mas maging
organized tayo.

Jian (softly): Organized… or controlled?

Adrian: Oo nga… good morning pa ba ‘to? Parang good luck na lang.

Princess: A simple announcement… but it can have a big effect.

When decisions are made only by the leaders, and others aren’t heard, people may
start to disagree quietly. At first, there’s no obvious problem… but the team’s mood
slowly begins to change.
Princess: Effect 1: Disengagement

Princess: Because they weren't heard, the employees slowly lost their motivation to
work.

Sidney: Okay, team, let's start now. Kaya natin 'to!

(No one reacts. Awkward silence.)

Jian: Same.

Angela: Guys, let's stay professional…

hinahanap-hanap

Sidney: Guys, focus naman…

Juvilyn: Nagfo-focus ako… sa pag-uwi

(Short pause, everyone looks drained)

Angela: Guys… okay lang ba kayo?

Adrian: Hindi… pero kailangan pumasok eh.

Princess: In this situation, the system doesn't crash right away... but energy fades bit by
bit. When employees lose their voice... they lose motivation to work.

Scene 3: Small Rule Ignoring

Princess: Effect 2: Ignoring small rules

Princess: At first, it is just a small thing, being a few minutes late or breaking rules a
little. But this is where bigger problems begin… because once you get used to it, it
keeps going.

At first, it is just breaking small rules, like being late in a minute, but this is a start to
make things worse, because as it keeps going it

Louise (enters late): Ay 8:10 na? Okay lang ‘yan, 10 minutes lang naman.

Juvilyn: Same.
sakanila diba.

Angela (nakapansin): Jules, bawal na raw phone during work hours, diba?

Juvilyn (walang pake): Saglit lang ‘to.

Pampawala stress. Part ‘to ng
“mental health break” ko.

Sidney (nagdadalawang-isip): Hmm… bawal din breaks outside during schedule…

rules.

Princess: Little by little, breaking the rules becomes normal. It’s not just being late
anymore—using the phone and leaving during break time has also become a habit.

Louise (umupo, relaxed): Next time kahit 8:15 na ako papasok. Wala namang
nangyayari eh.

Bahala
na.

Angela (frustrated): Guys, hindi na ‘to tama. Lahat tayo maaapektuhan.

Princess: And by simply ignoring small rules like “No phones,” “8:00 AM sharp,” and
“no breaks outside during scheduled time,” the team’s discipline slowly fades. And from
here… the domino effect gets worse.
Scene 4: Low Morale

Princess: Effect 3: Low morale

Princess: Over time, the team’s energy starts to drop. The fun fades away, replaced by
stress and frustration, and they begin to feel unimportant.

Jian (half-joking): Hindi na “Good morning”… “Good luck” na lang.

lang.

Sidney (nag-aalangan): Sinusunod ko pa rin naman rules—no phones, on time,

tamang break…pero parang wala ring point.

Angela (pagod, frustrated): Ang dami nating ginagawa, pero parang walang
[Link] mali lang, napapansin agad.

Louise (walang gana): Kahit anong sipag mo, pare-pareho lang trato… nakaka-drain.

Juvilyn (medyo matigas tono): Kaya nga, wala na akong pake. Bahala na sila sa rules
nila.

Hanna (trying to fix things, pero stressed): Guys… alam kong mahirap.

Princess: With no motivation, work quality drops. Mistakes increase, effort decreases.
From small rule breaks... it turns into a big issue, the whole team's morale is gone.

Scene 5: Productivity Drops

Princess: Effect 4: Decreased Productivity.

(Sa scene na 'to siguro dapat naka circle sila ganon or one table lang sana and
kunwaring nagsusulat or nag eencode sa phone)

Angela (Nagmamadaling lumapit sa mga katrabaho):

Good morning/afternoon everyone! Tapos na ba kayo sa report? Baka magalit si
Manager kapag nalaman niyang hindi pa tapos ‘yon. Sige kayo, lagot tayong lahat
niyan!

Same here.

Princess: And that's the effect when the team's concerns are ignored or invalidated.
When they feel like they are not being acknowledged, they lose the motivation to keep
going. As a result, work slows down and the quality of the output drops.

Scene 6: Conflict

(office ang place)

Princess: Effect 6 Conflict among employees

Sidney: Anung lalabas?! Hindi ba isa sa bagong rule natin na "No breaks outside during
scheduled time"

part namin.

Juvilyn: Hindi kita inuutusan. I'm asking you a favor, problema kasi sayo
minimisnterpret mo sinasabi ko sayo.

Sidney: Ahh so ako pa may kasalanan, ayusin mo kasi yang tono ng pananalita mo and

isang team, which sometimes pwedeng mag-lead sa conflict, and there are several
reasons why it happened, one example is the tone of our voice. Kaya we need to
prioritize clarity in communication to avoid misunderstandings.

Scene 7: Team Leader Steps In

Princess: Team leader steps up

Princess: The manager called a meeting after noticing that the company's atmosphere
had changed when he implemented the rules he had given.

Manager James: Good morning, everyone! I had to discuss something with you all.

Manager James: Ehem, Attention everyone. I want to discuss the rules I implemented
weeks ago.

Manager James: For the past few weeks, I've noticed something has changed
whenever I mention the new rules. I also noticed that our work was progressing more
slowly than before.

inemplement mo, like you expect from us.

Manager James: The atmosphere had changed since then, and I had been thinking for
weeks about whether my decision was right for all of you, and I realized my mistake.
Manager James: I just wanted to apologize to everyone for not listening and for letting
myself decide what's best for this company. And now, I have decided to listen and
understand your opinions, regardless of any situation we face.

nangyari)

Sidney: Sir, thank you po for telling us that you're sorry for what happened, and we're
sorry din po if we break some rules.

Manager James: Okay, now, I'm going to listen to each of you as you express your
opinions on changing the rules. Let's begin with you, Ms Angela.

ENDING / CONCLUSION

Princess: And that's where the domino effect ended… A simple decision… caused a
series of problems. From loss of appetite… To lose respect… But they learned that true
leadership is not just about giving orders, but it is about listening, understanding, and
communicating with the team.
MORAL LESSON

Princess: Good leadership isn't about giving orders; it's about listening and
communicating with one another because an employee who feels heard… is an
employee who truly cares.
