Scratch Cycle Racing

Scratch Cycle Racing is an open handicap race format where cyclists of all abilities compete together, with slower riders receiving a head start. The race promotes teamwork and strategy, as groups are staggered based on ability and converge towards the finish line, with the fastest time also recognized. Handicaps are determined by the Race Director, and the format results in a competitive environment where the strongest riders chase down the slower groups.
