Scene 1 – School Hallway (Opening – In Medias Res)
(Students fill the hallway. Sarah walks quietly while carrying her books. Dan and Raphael
block her path.)
Dan: Well, look who's here. Still pretending everything's okay?
Raphael: You never learn, do you? No wonder nobody wants to be around you.
(Dan knocks Sarah's books to the floor.)
Dan: Pick them up.
(Sarah silently kneels to gather her books.)
Mark: That's enough! She hasn't done anything to either of you. If you have a problem, take it
up with someone who'll actually fight back.
Dan: Always trying to be the hero, Mark.
Raphael: Mind your own business.
(The bullies leave.)
Mark: Sarah... are you alright?
Sarah: I'll be okay... I just wish one day they'd stop seeing me as someone they can hurt.
Mark: You don't have to go through this alone. If you ever need someone to listen, I'm here.
(Jasmine approaches with a warm smile.)
Jasmine: There you are, Sarah. I've been looking everywhere for you.
Sarah: Jasmine... I'm glad you're here.
Jasmine: Come on. Let's get some fresh air. You deserve a break from all of this.
(Sarah smiles. Mark notices Jasmine but, as they walk away, glances back uneasily.)

Scene 2 – After School
(The final bell rings. Most students have gone home. Sarah sits alone on a bench. Jasmine
quietly sits beside her.)
Jasmine: You seem quieter than usual today. Are you still thinking about what happened this
morning?
Sarah: I keep telling myself it doesn't bother me... but every insult stays with me. Sometimes
I wonder if they're right. Maybe I really don't belong anywhere.
Jasmine: Don't ever believe that. People like Dan and Raphael hurt others because they don't
understand kindness. You're stronger than you think, Sarah.
Sarah: I wish everyone saw me the way you do. When I'm with you... I don't feel invisible
anymore.
Jasmine: Then let tonight be different. Would you like to have dinner with me? I know a
quiet little café nearby. It's peaceful, and for once you won't have to worry about anyone
judging you.
Sarah: Really? No one's invited me out in a long time. I'd love to.
Jasmine: Good. Let's go before it gets late.
(They begin walking.)
Sarah: Are you sure this is the right way? I've never been here before.
Jasmine: It's hidden from the main road. Most people don't even know it exists. Trust me...
we're almost there.
(They stop at the entrance of a dark alley.)
Sarah: It's... so quiet.
Jasmine: Sometimes... the quietest places are where people finally find peace.
(Sarah slowly walks ahead.)
Jasmine (softly):
Just a little farther...
(Blackout.)

Scene 3 – News Report & Investigation
(News music plays. The News Reporter steps forward.)
News Reporter:
"Good evening. Authorities have confirmed the death of Grade 10 student Sarah, whose body
was discovered late last night in an abandoned alley near her school."
"Although investigators initially ruled the case a suicide due to the lack of physical evidence,
several classmates questioned that conclusion, insisting Sarah had plans for the future and
showed no signs of wanting to end her life."
"Police reviewed security camera recordings after witnesses reported that Sarah had left
school with her close friend, Jasmine."
"However, every recording showed Sarah walking completely alone."
"Further investigation uncovered old school records revealing that a student named Jasmine
had died under mysterious circumstances several years ago... in the very same alley."
"With no additional evidence, the case has been officially closed. Even so, many believe the
truth behind Sarah's final moments remains unsolved."
---
Scene 4 – The Truth
(Flashbacks replay. Mark remembers seeing Sarah talking.)
Mark: Sarah... who are you talking to?
Sarah: Jasmine. She's standing right here.
Mark: Sarah...
There's nobody there.
(The flashbacks change. Jasmine disappears from every memory. Sarah had been walking
and talking alone the entire time.)
Sarah: Jasmine... why did you do this?
Jasmine: Because I know what it feels like to be forgotten.
No one listened to me.
No one came looking for me.
I spent years waiting for someone who understood my loneliness.
Then I found you.
You trusted me.
You followed me.
And now...
You'll never leave me.

Final Scene – Cliffhanger
(The abandoned alley is silent. Police tape sways in the wind.)
News Reporter (voice-over):
"Authorities continue to remind students to avoid the abandoned alley after dark. Despite the
investigation being closed, rumors surrounding the area continue to spread."
(A lone student walks past the alley.)
Jasmine (softly):
Excuse me...
(The student turns.)
Student:
Were you talking to me?
(Jasmine slowly steps out of the darkness with the same gentle smile.)
Jasmine:
You look like you've had a difficult day.
Would you like to have dinner with me?
I know a quiet little café nearby.
Somewhere you can forget all your worries.
Student:
That... actually sounds nice.
Who are you?
(Jasmine reaches out her hand.)
Jasmine (smiling):
My name is Jasmine.
Trust me...
I'll always be your friend.
(The student slowly reaches toward her hand.)
Blackout.
THE END...?
