Subject: Request for Immediate Repair of Dilapidated School Building and Inclusion in the
Upcoming ISPAAR Project for Construction of New Classrooms

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect, it is submitted that Government Girls Primary School, Azizabad, under
AEO Markaz Noorwala, is facing a severe shortage of infrastructure.

The school currently has only two classrooms and one veranda, where all students are
accommodated for teaching and learning. Due to the shortage of classrooms, educational
activities are being seriously affected.

Moreover, the existing two classrooms and the boundary wall are in a highly dilapidated and
unsafe condition. The present condition of the building poses a serious threat to the safety of
students, teachers, and other school staff and may result in an unfortunate incident at any
time.

It is further submitted that the school was not included in the previous two ISPAAR Projects
for the construction of new classrooms, despite being in urgent need of this facility.

Therefore, it is respectfully requested that an immediate survey of the school be conducted


and that Government Girls Primary School, Azizabad, be given priority for inclusion in the
upcoming ISPAAR Project. It is also requested that approval be granted for the construction
of new classrooms and the repair/reconstruction of the dilapidated building and boundary
wall, so that students may continue their education in a safe and conducive learning
environment.
