Phase 1 | Website Design
Overview
Phase focuses on creating a modern, user-friendly, and visually engaging website that reflects
your brand and helps customers easily explore your products. As part of this project, we will
design 2–3 key website pages that effectively showcase your brand and products. Each
featured product will include a direct "Buy on Amazon" call-to-action, allowing users to
seamlessly navigate to the respective Amazon product page to complete their purchase.

Phase 2 | Website Development
Overview
The website will be developed to ensure fast loading, smooth performance, and compatibility
across modern browsers and devices. The website will include navigation, responsive layouts,
optimised images, and product sections with direct links to Amazon, allowing customers to
purchase products without the need for an integrated e-commerce checkout.

Terms & Conditions
Timeline
The total duration of the project is 2 months.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the concepts generated during Phase
1 will remain the property of the Designers until full payment is received.
Upon payment, intellectual property rights for the chosen concept will be
transferred to the client
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project details, designs, and related information
confidential. Any public announcements or marketing involving the project will
require prior written consent from both parties.
Additional Cost and modification
Any additional costs or modifications outside the agreed scope will require
mutual agreement and may incur additional fees.
Termination
Either party may terminate the contract by providing written notice. In the
event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for any work
completed up to the termination date.
Project Suspension
Should the project need to be suspended for any reason, the Client and
Designer shall discuss the terms and conditions for resuming the project at a
later date.
