Activity: Personal Timeline
Objective
Create a Personal Timeline that highlights the significant events and
experiences in your life that have influenced your personality, values,
attitudes, and personal growth.
Instructions
1. Draw or create a timeline showing the important events in your life
from childhood up to the present.
2. Include at least 8–10 significant life events.
3. Arrange the events in chronological order (from the earliest to the
most recent).
4. For each event, write:
o Date or Age (e.g., Age 5, 2018)
o Description of the Event (1–2 sentences)
o Reflection explaining how the event influenced your
personality, behavior, beliefs, or outlook in life (2–3 sentences).
5. Make your timeline neat, creative, and easy to read. You may use
drawings, symbols, colors, or pictures to enhance your work.
6. Use a short bond paper, cartolina, or a digital format (such as Canva,
PowerPoint, or Google Slides),
7. Write your Name, Grade and Section at the top of your work.
Your timeline should include events such as:
Birth or early childhood memories
First day of school
Family milestones
Achievements or awards
Challenges or difficult experiences
Important friendships
Memorable school activities
Personal accomplishments
Lessons learned from significant events
Future goals or aspirations
What to Submit
One completed Personal Timeline.
Ensure that all events include a meaningful reflection.
Submit your output on or before July 10, 2026.

Completeness of the timeline – 30%
Organization and chronological sequence – 20%
Quality of reflections and self-awareness – 30%
Creativity, neatness, and presentation – 20%
