INSTRUCTION
ID: Your unique ID, provided in the offer letter, is crucial. Keep it safe as you will
need it for task submission.
Task Submission Link: The link for task submission will be emailed to you within
approximately one week.
Submission
Task Submission: You will need to complete at least 2 tasks for successful
completion of internship.
Task Completion: As part of your internship, you will be assigned several tasks.
After completing each task, please record a video demonstrating your work and
share it on LinkedIn, again using the hashtag #internintelligence and tagging
@InternIntelligence.
GitHub Repository: Upload all completed tasks to GitHub. Name your repository in
the format InternIntelligence_ProjectName.
YouTube Video Engagement
Subscribe to both of our YouTube channels.
Watch the latest Weekly Dev Insight #xxx video on each channel (you can
tell it's the last video by the last number in the title).
Find and write the "mystery word" in each video and enter both words into the task
submission form. (The mysterious word will be said in the video, you will need to
write the word after this word)
Make sure to like both videos you watched.
Comment on both video (excluding the mystery word).
📌 All steps are mandatory. Failing to complete any of them may result in disqualification.

Task list
You will need to complete at least 2 tasks for successful completion of internship.
TASK 1
Model Hyperparameter Tuning
Task : Optimize the hyperparameters of a machine learning model to improve its performance.
Details:
Model Selection: Choose a machine learning model (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost).
Hyperparameter Tuning: Use techniques like Grid Search, Random Search, or Bayesian Optimization to find
the optimal hyperparameters.
Evaluation: Assess the model performance using cross-validation and metrics such as accuracy, precision,
recall, and F1 score.
Documentation: Document the tuning process and the final model performance.
Where to Do It:
Scikit-Learn: Utilize tools for hyperparameter tuning.
Optuna: Use for advanced hyperparameter optimization.
Google Colab: Develop and test hyperparameter tuning experiments.
TASK 2
Deep Learning Model Development
Task : Build and train a deep learning model for complex tasks such as image classification or natural
language processing.
Details:
Data Preparation: Prepare and preprocess data for deep learning tasks (e.g., images, text).
Model Architecture: Design and implement deep learning architectures (e.g., CNNs for image tasks,
RNNs/LSTMs for text).
Training and Evaluation: Train the model, tune hyperparameters, and evaluate performance using metrics
such as accuracy, precision, recall, and loss.
Deployment: Deploy the model for real-world use or integrate it into an application.
Where to Do It:
TensorFlow: Build and train deep learning models.
PyTorch: Use for developing and experimenting with neural networks.
Keras: Simplify the creation and training of deep learning models.
TASK 3
Transfer Learning
Task : Apply transfer learning to leverage pre-trained models for a new task or domain.
Details:
Pre-trained Models: Utilize pre-trained models (e.g., ResNet, BERT) and adapt them to a new dataset
or task.
Fine-Tuning: Fine-tune the pre-trained model on the new dataset to improve performance.
Evaluation: Assess the model's performance and compare it to baseline models.
Documentation: Provide insights and recommendations based on the results.
Where to Do It:
Hugging Face Transformers: Use pre-trained models for NLP tasks.
TensorFlow Hub: Access pre-trained models for various tasks.
PyTorch Hub: Utilize pre-trained models for transfer learning experiments.
TASK 4
Anomaly Detection
Task : Develop an anomaly detection system to identify unusual patterns or outliers in data.
Details:
Data Preparation: Clean and preprocess data for anomaly detection.
Model Selection: Choose and implement anomaly detection algorithms (e.g., Isolation Forest, One-Class SVM,
Autoencoders).
Evaluation: Evaluate the model using metrics like precision, recall, and F1 score for anomaly detection.
Deployment: Integrate the anomaly detection system into a monitoring framework or application.
Where to Do It:
Scikit-Learn: Use for implementing anomaly detection algorithms.
TensorFlow: Develop anomaly detection models using deep learning techniques.
Google Colab: Experiment with different anomaly detection methods.
TASK 5
End-to-End Machine Learning Pipeline
Task : Design and implement an end-to-end machine learning pipeline from data ingestion to model
deployment.
Details:
Data Ingestion: Develop methods for collecting and preprocessing data.
Feature Engineering: Implement feature extraction and transformation techniques.
Model Training: Build and train machine learning models.
Deployment: Deploy the model into a production environment, including creating APIs or integrating with an
application.
Monitoring: Set up monitoring and logging for model performance in production.
Where to Do It:
Apache Airflow: Orchestrate and automate data workflows and machine learning pipelines.
