Module III: Rights of Data Subjects

Module Overview
This module introduces data subject rights within Kenya’s data protection framework, drawing
from the Data Protection Act 2019, the Data Protection (General) Regulations 2021, the Data
Protection (Civil) Regulations 2020, and Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC)
