This is the central control center of the entire platform.

F. Coverage Zone Management

 Admin can draw delivery areas using map tools

 Only customers inside coverage zones can place orders

 Different zones can have different delivery charges

 Stores are assigned to specific zones

G. Order Flow (How It Works)

1. Customer places order (single store per order).

2. Payment method selected (Digital or Cash on Delivery).

3. Store receives order.

4. Rider receives delivery request.

6. Order delivered to customer.

7. Earnings distributed according to commission structure.

For scheduled orders:

 System activates process 15 minutes before delivery time.

For self-pickup:

 Store handles directly without rider.
