A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR THE RELEASE OF THE BARANGAY BUDGET FOR THE AID OF
SENIOR CITIZENS OF BASAC, LOON, BOHOL FOR THE YEAR 2018
IN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P 10, 000.00)

1. WHEREAS, the barangay budget for 2018 has allocated the amount of Ten Thousand
Pesos (P 10,000.00) as aid for the Senior Citizen of Barangay Basac, Loon, Bohol;

2. WHEREAS, the members of Basac Senior Citizen Association have agreed during the
General Assembly on October 19, 2018 that the amount shall be used for the purchase
of grocery items like milk powder drink and chocolate powder drink (Bear Brand and
Milo Sachets);

3. WHEREAS, the purchase of grocery items will be shared equally to all registered
members will benefit the Senior Citizens especially the indigent and low income
members;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Mrs. Letecia [Link] and duly seconded by Rebecca
Nazareno, be it;

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved by the members of Basac Senior Citizen Association to


request for the release of the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos for the purchase of
grocery items like milk and chocolate energy drink;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Basac Barangay Council
Basac, Loon, Bohol for their information and favorable action.
