Title: From Silence to Confidence

Characters:

Narrator – Tanishka

Pragati – new employee in MNC

Mr. Raj – Marketing Team Head

Aman – confident colleague

Rohit – friendly colleague

🎬 Scene 1 – The Night Before (At office)

(Pragati is packing her bag excitedly)

Pragati:

Tanishkaaa! Tomorrow is my first day in the MNC! Big office, big people, big
dreams! 😍

Tanishka (smiling):

I’m so proud of you Pragati! But remember, new place means new culture.
Observe, learn, and don’t hesitate to speak.

Pragati:

Of course! I’ll do my best!

🎙 Narration – Tanishka (to audience)

Tanishka:

“Pragati is full of excitement for her new journey. But is excitement enough
to survive in a new corporate culture? Let’s see what actually happens…”

🎬 Scene 2 – First Day in Office

(Office setup — team sitting, Mr. Raj in front)

Mr. Raj:

Good morning team! Today we have a new member — Pragati. Welcome!

Team:

Good morning!

Mr. Raj:
Let’s discuss our new marketing strategy. Everyone share ideas freely.

Aman (confidently):

Sir, I think we should focus on social media influencers.

Rohit:

Yes sir, and short video content will work best.

(Pragati looks nervous, hands shaking)

Mr. Raj (kindly):

Pragati, would you like to share something?

Pragati (stuttering):

I…I think…umm… maybe… sorry sir…

(Awkward silence)

Mr. Raj:

No worries. You’ll get comfortable soon.

(Meeting ends. Pragati looks upset.)

🎬 Scene 3 – Evening Call With Tanishka

Pragati (sad):

Tanishka… I couldn’t speak today. Everyone was so confident. In my old

company nobody asked opinions. It was so informal.

Tanishka:

That’s normal! You’re facing culture shock — sociology calls it adjusting to a

new social environment.

Pragati:

But how do I change myself?

Tanishka:

Observe people — how they talk, raise hands, share ideas.

This is social learning (social psychology).

And adapting to new work culture is anthropology in real life.

Pragati:

So I should learn from others?

Tanishka:

Exactly! Confidence is a skill, not talent.

🎙 Narration – Gaurav

“Pragati decides not to fear change — but to learn from it.”

🎬 Scene 4 – Next Day: Learning in Action

(Office again)

(Aman raises hand)

Aman:

Sir, I have a point.

(Pragati slowly raises hand too)

Mr. Raj:

Yes Pragati!

Pragati (confident but simple):

Sir, I think combining influencer marketing with customer feedback videos

can increase trust.

Mr. Raj (smiling):

Excellent idea!

(Team nods approvingly)

(Later, some team members stay back for discussion)

Rohit:

We usually brainstorm after meetings. Want to join?

Pragati:

Yes! I’d love to.

(They discuss actively.)

🎬 Scene 5 – Victory Moment

(Pragati calling Tanishka happily)

Pragati:

Tanishka! I spoke today! Everyone appreciated me! I even stayed for group
discussion!

Tanishka:

See? You adapted — socially and professionally.

Pragati:

I learned that growth happens when we observe, adapt, and participate.

Tanishka:

And that’s the power of sociology, social psychology, and anthropology in

real life!

🎙 Final Narration – Gaurav (to audience)

“New environments can make us silent — or strong.

Pragati chose to learn instead of fear.

When we understand people, culture, and behavior — success follows

naturally.”
