Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Design Intern to help shape the future of
our web-based SaaS business application. In this role, you will bridge the gap between
complex user workflows and beautiful, intuitive digital experiences.
Our current front-end framework is built on React JS. We are looking for a design-forward
candidate who can create stunning interfaces and feels right at home collaborating with
developers. If you have a passion for SaaS product design and possess additional front-end
development skills that complement a React stack, this is the perfect place to put them to use.
Key Responsibilities
● SaaS Interface Design: Design clean, modern, and highly functional UIs for our SaaS
application, focusing on dashboards, data visualization, and complex workflows.
● UX Architecture: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (Figma) to
simplify complex business processes into elegant user journeys.
● Component-Driven Design: Maintain and expand our design system, ensuring all UI
elements are created as reusable components that align with a React architecture.
● Developer Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our front-end engineering team,
ensuring design feasibility and seamless handoffs.
Qualifications & Skills
The Ideal Profile:
● Education/Portfolio: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Design, HCI,
Computer Science, or a related field—backed by a portfolio showcasing sleek, modern
web layouts.
● Design Mastery: Proficiency in modern design tools, specifically Figma (including
auto-layout, components, and variables).
● SaaS Mindset: An understanding of SaaS product dynamics (e.g., handling data-heavy
tables, user settings, and multi-step forms).
● Communication: Ability to explain the "why" behind your design decisions to both
product managers and developers.
● Startup Grit: Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment. You are a self-starter who
takes initiative and loves solving ambiguous problems.
Bonus Technical Skills (The "Nice-to-Haves"):
If you have hands-on front-end skills, we want to know! We highly value design candidates who
understand code, especially if you have experience with:
● Tailwind CSS or Styled Components (great for rapid UI styling).
● Basic React JS knowledge (understanding components, props, and how state changes
impact UI).
● HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript (ES6+).
● Familiarity with frameworks that go hand-in-hand with React, such as [Link] or
