During my days at Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce (Pune) where I pursued my [Link], I
gained my first management experience when I led a team to write Case studies for a competition by
our finance club. After which. I Zaosh Irani interned at an educational NGO called Leadership for
Equity (LFE) as a social media manager. Here, I created digital and impactful content & later interned
as a customer relations executive at Clariant Ltd, where I discovered my passion for marketing &
sales. I now wish to build a strong foundation for a successful career in this field. After pursuing an
MBA at FMS, I aim to begin my journey in brand management and eventually grow into a senior
executive role. The academic precision, experienced faculty & dynamic peer network at FMS will help
me gain new perspectives & refine my skills. I look forward to contributing to & learning from the
FMS community in the future, while also preparing myself to lead meaningful marketing strategies.

EXTRA CURRICULARS

In college, I was part of the creativity committee of the finance club. My primary responsibility was
to help organise case study competitions and write the case study for them with the rest of my team.
I was also involved in PR activities for the club for other events arranged by them.I also participated
in Model UN, where I was assigned the country of Egypt. The focus of this competition was the
Israel-Palestine conflict. My extracurricular activities included participating in quizzes held in college.

I also volunteered at LFE (Leadership for Equity), an NGO focused on education, as a social media
manager. My duties involved creating awareness of the organisation's work through social media
channels, content creation, story writing, and strategy planning. The reach encompassed 5 states and
8.8 million students. This experience gave me a deep insight into the impact of social media on
creating awareness

EXPERIENCE

I have interned at Clariant from 1st April 2025 to 31st October 2025 as a customer relations
executive.

I interned as an social media manager at LFE from 2nd May to 31st October 2024.
