Methodology

This study employed a survey-based research methodology to assess consumer perceptions of


four refrigerator brands: Walton, Jamuna, Minister, and Konka. The methodology involved the
following key steps:
1. Survey Design:
o A structured questionnaire was developed to gather consumer
opinions on four essential attributes:
 Price Affordability
 Durability
 Customer Support and Warranty
 Design Appeal
2. Sampling and Data Collection:
o A sample size of 30 respondents was selected for the study.
o Participants were chosen randomly to ensure a diverse
representation of consumer opinions.
