Subject: Request for Change of Room

Respected Madam,

I am currently staying in Room No. 23 and would like to request a room change to Room No. 105

I am facing a few difficulties in my current room. The bathroom facilities are not very comfortable, and the room space is quite
limited. I still have some belongings that I need to bring to the hostel, and managing everything in the available space will be
difficult. Apart from this, there are many insects and small bugs in and around the room, which disturbs, especially at night. This
has been causing inconvenience and affecting the comfort.

I would like to mention that during Varsity Week, I participated in Kho-Kho, Hurdle Race, and Relay Race, securing positions in
both the Hurdle Race and Relay Race. I am also a professional karate athlete and recently secured second position in the All
Assam State Karate Championship 2025. A copy of the certificate is attached for reference. I kindly request you to consider
my sports participation and achievements while reviewing this application.

I would also like to inform you that my roommate, Liza Devi(MSB25022) from department of life sciences, who is currently
staying with me in Room No. 23 wishes to shift along with me. Therefore, we kindly request that both of us be allowed to move
together from Room No. 23 to Room No. 105.

I sincerely request you to consider our application and grant permission for the room change. We would be grateful for your
kind consideration.
