God can not use everyone.

There are people that are burden to the kingdom.

Cross check your life daily, monthly and yearly.

One of the greatest deception of the devil is yo make you live a casual life, to make you feel you
have enough time.

Growth is designed to flow systematically.

Crosscheck how far the people you're leading has grown.

Growth requires capacity.

Availability doesn't mean or translate to usability.

God can never enlarge your territory if you don't enlarge your capacity.

Avoid sentimental spending or giving emotionally.

Growth starts with building capacity first (emotionally, spiritually, mentally)

Let your first concern be on building the inner man.

Visibility is dangerous, when you aren't prepared.

Before you take a step ensure you have garnered capacity.

Growth requires wisdom.

Opportunity without wisdom will become a wasted effort.

Don't just work harder work smarter.

The principle of wisdom makes growth fast and easy.

With wisdom one year of labour can be achieved with one single insight.

Wisdom helps you to know where your product is needed and who needs it.

Perception sells.
Consistency builds mastery.

The goal is to be consistent in the wrong thing.

Be consistent in doing the right thing.

Consistence brings clarity.

The power of repetition will bring precision.

Growth comes through service.

The more you serve the greater you grow (Jesus said "whoever will be the greatest among you
should be the servant" )

Serve your way to the top.

Being too full of yourself will deny you of being filled with growth.

Grace (there are doors that will never open to you beyond your level of growth)

Don't gather capacity more than the holy ghost wants or prepares for you.

It is grace that takes away unnecessary labour.

Grace cancels disgrace and labour.

Growth isn't accidental.

Check out your daily growth.

A life that you cannot examine is not worth living.

Ten boys don't play in the same playground for ten years.
