Conditions of Offer

▪ Evidence of English language proficiency applicable to your chosen program of study (see

▪ A completed Genuine Student (GS) Assessment form
▪ A completed Genuine Student (GS) Assessment - Financial Matrix form, plus evidence of funding
sources.
▪ Any previous visa refusal or cancellation letters
▪ Please advise if you would like for UNDA to arrange Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) or if you
will be arranging your own OSHC, you must provide proof of visa-length OSHC (until 15 March 2029).
▪ Provide a statement explaining what student is currently doing and what student intend to do until the
start of the semester
▪ Please submit a notarized affidavit confirming that the name on the passport and academic
documents, belong to the same individual.
