the following documents:

 A letter from your competent bishop or religious superior describing in a detailed way the
reasons for studying in a foreign country and the responsibilities you shall be entrusted with
afterwards. Please do not forget to specify the length of your course of study.
 If you are designated to work as a professor at a major seminary, a faculty of theology or a
similar institute after completing your studies, please submit the explicit and detailed written
recommendation of the rector or the competent bishop of the educational institute in question
as well as information relating to the teaching staff. Please submit 1) a list of names of the
professors, 2) the subjects they teach respectively, 3) the academic degrees they hold and 4)
the universities from which they received their degrees.
