“The State of Nature”
Stated all men are free "to take action and do activities.

Having free will for all.

Human likewise being all the more comprehensively situated toward the good.

The trust is given to everyone. (Force and Power)

Human is no longer able to please others because they have freedom at all. however,
the more astute and more grounded individuals can manhandle this chance to utilize

“Theory of Property”
