NFR-4 Performance The application should process lease updates and
payment tracking without noticeable delay.
NFR-5 Availability The system should remain accessible to users at all
times for managing leases and viewing records.
NFR-6 Scalability The system should efficiently handle an increasing
number of properties, tenants, and leases as usage
grows.
